All individual donations are tested for anti-HCV, HBsAg, anti-HIV 1 & 2.
Plasma mini-pools are tested in the US by NAT/PCR for HIV, HBV, HCV, HAV and Parvovirus.
Plasma pools are tested at BPL by NAT/PCR for HCV, and also tested for anti-HIV and HBsAg.
In-process testing is carried out at BPL for anti-HIV 1 & 2 and HBsAg.
